I take some martial arts classes which go until about 9pm and I usually like to get to bed at 10 at the latest depending on how early I'm going to get up so what should I eat because I unfortunately can't leave 2-3 hours before going to bed or I'd be giving up sleep and I need my sleep.
So you want to eat between 9 and 10? I'd stick to mono fruit that digests fast: bananas or melon or mangos. :)
thanks. it just sucks because usually my dinner is a big salad but i know i need carbs after a workout so I'll have to get my greens in earlier in the day.
How about a green smoothie or dates? What is the latest time you should eat a salad?
Another tip would be to bring the fruit with you so you can eat it as soon as you finish before you go home, that's what I do after yoga when I finish at eight pm.
