Hi guys, First of all sorry my english. I hope you can understand my question.
I feel really good after waking up (sleep routine 10pm-7am), Im 27years old 77kg/ 1,81cm.
But every single day, after my breakfast(1h after waking up) or lunch, usually bananas and dates, around 1500cal, i get so fucking tired.. All i can think is "i need my bed right now"..
Anyone with the same problem?

Try blending it up and putting it in a big bottle and then taking it to work with you and sipping as you go.
Thanks for replying Durian. Thats exactly what i do. I wake up and spend the first hour with a light walk outside and meditation, get home and blend some bananas and dates. Hit my computer and start writing. Later in the day i workout run/ cycling(thanks btw).
This happens every time after my first meal of the day - sometimes lunch. I eat my dinner around 6/7pm and i feel just fine.

sounds like youre experiencing sugar crashes. I had them for a bit but my body readjusted to actually eating sugar so now I have more energy after a meal. maybe try the 3 meals 2 snack approach for a while and try eating your food to slow down digestion a bit. oat smoothies or oats and dates blended may help too.

Try to eat different fruits/ more juicy fruits and see how you feel. Bananas and dates are very concentrated and quite dry fruits which take more effort for digestion than a Mango for example and that could be the reason why you are tired.
