I am a surfer, skater, yogi, weight lifter, and lover of running in the sand at the beach. Lately though, I have gained some weight due to lack of self motivation to get out and run and lift. Anyone want a fruity buddy to keep them on track? Because I do! Especially during the college life school season, I always drift off a little bit.

Try working out first thing in the morning EVERY MORNING. Even if its just 15 minutes...once you overcome that first test of "will vs couch", the rest of your day will go much better.
