I am a raw till 4 high carb low fat vegan and college student and i get to school at 7:30am in the morning and get out anywhere from 4:30-7:30pm I am worried that my calorie intake isn't a high as it should be. Because carrying large amounts of fruit along with all my other school supplies is difficult. I've thought about getting dried fruits (any recommendations), i eat a calorie dense breakfast at about1,000 calories but during the day i have like 400 calories at school, then my cooked meal which varies.
Can anyone please suggest high calorie foods you would take if you were in my situation or any tips!
