30 Bananas a Day!

I have gained 30 lbs on RT4. which is very frustrating (i do hard cardio 6 days a week)

anyway i am considering other  (vegan) options....idk i don't want to restrict calories, but don't know how much more of this i can take. i was skinny when i came to freelee a year and a half ago, and now am NOT...

i don't know what to do anymore...

My tips
1. Eat to appetite for 1 month and log in chronometer to see how many cals u really need.
2. Remember the car analogy. To get from a to b (70kg to 65kg) u need properly functioning car. Good gearbox, straight tires etc. To loose weight long term u need properly functioning body adrenals thyroid etc.

If u gove more detail I may be able to help u more. What exactly do u do for sport? What exactly do u eat? What is your history etc.

We need your background. I came from the past of restriction and everexercising for two years. Then a year of bine-restrict cycle. I did gain weight, I gained about 20 lbs over 30 that I gained binging and eating a lot.

When I started this lifestyle I had a terrible severe hunger period (which still kind of continues, but it was insane at the start). After half a year on high carb lifestyle 10 lbs went away, severe hunger reduced and now I am maintaining my weight (as I can estimately tell, I avoid the scales). I eat a lot, about 3000 cals in average. I eat whenever I feel like eating, I believe it is the only way to heal my mind and body. I was in a very dark place, many people can see only the weight gain but there is much more behind that.

I have no other choice but to go through every challenge I face on this lifestyle. It's more about the mind than body. Just give the body what it needs, go with how it feels, you can't make mistakes on this lifestyle, you have already won, following this community. The rest is a matter of mindfulness and practice, time and practice.

I am a year in and I can see drastic changes in my perception, I still have bad days and feeling about my body but ask youself a question, what will you do then? Just at whole plant foods, wht you wish, when you wish and how much you wish and work on shifting your focus and you will be fine.
