Hello! I've been somewhat a creeper for the half week or so, and have recently chose to completely upgrade my health to mostly raw vegan/vegetarian..
I've been watching vegan videos (Banana girl!) and been educating myself and reading around these forums, and gosh.. I really really want to change my eating habits and become more... nature orientated!! Nature can't be wrong, so this all makes sense to me.
I've been eating my good amount of fruit and veggies, but around the late afternoon, dinnertime, I just don't feel satisfied.. Can someone tell me what I can do to fill myself up?
For breakfast and lunch I ate all together an avocado, 3 mangoes, 2 oranges, 2 bananas, 2 apples, and one serving of peanuts.... And then I was STILL hungry, so I ate some crap. Like. Unhealthy shameful stuff.. Haha..
I drink water all day and also use cronometer
So I'm new to all of this, and if anyone has some tips that could help out a newbie, that'd be great! I'm looking forward to becoming a WHOLE RAW VEGAN someday, and as much as I'd like for it to happen right now, it's sorta.... hard.
Also keep in mind that I am usually always on the go.. (I'm active, and I have college classes)
