Okay. Well ever since I've quit my job and been in school I've been doing raw til lunch to save on money. (This is temporary!)
Normally I have 10 bananas for breakfast
700 calories for lunch of normally some sort of rice dish
and for dinner 800 calories of sweet potatoes
and I eat around nine cups of greens per day.
Normally I'm fine on this amount of food. (I'm only like five feet tall)
I workout around an hour a day, most days (nothing very hardcore)
and I'm trying to lose weight and eating this amount the weight is starting to come off.
But now I'm hungry all the time!!!
Whenever I eat more I feel like I will gain weight because I did keep on gaining weight until I cutback a little bit on eating!!! Dx
It takes time for the body to adjust to higher carbs for some people. Weight gain or loss is not how to tell how much to eat. 2500 is the bare minimum, many short petite ladies eat a minimum of 4000 calories per day to feel satisfied. You may want to contact RFG on FB, she is one of them.
1. Other food starts to look and smell good.
dude i eat 6000 calories of fruit a day and i'm ripped! i don't even work out that much. when i start working out daily to train for a race or something (i do a few races a year for run running or cycling little charity rides and stuff) then I get super lean. STOP LIVING IN FEAR
me too i am so hungry all the time but i find as long as i stick to raw til 4 the weight on the scale drops off the next morning most of it is just water weight, plus you sweat out the carbs that you don't use effiently in the night through dietary thermogenesis
