30 Bananas a Day!

I just ate about 2 and a half cups of rice. It was almost 3 plates full. If I make this a regular habit will it stop me from losing weight. I need to lose weight fast. For breakfast and lunch I had huge green smoothies but I went overboard with the rice at dinner time. Any thoughts?

I don't think you will gain weight by eating that much rice since it's low fat. But I do think it is wise to eat (juicy) vegetables with it, or drink a few glasses of water half an hour before eating rice because of the vibres (that's my experience).

That's sad. Your value has nothing to do with your weight unless you're a box of bananas.

Trying to lose weight really fast because of feeling that you're not good enough as you are won't get you anywhere. Anywhere!!! Lol trust me. It will probably just make you gain more weight in the long run because you'll start feeling like crap and eat fat-gaining "foods". When you get caught up in that stuff, you might even start noticing anorexic or bulimic behaviour in yourself. It can eat you alive. So please for the love of god start focusing on feeling good and becoming fitter instead of appearance or weight. Throw the scale away! And get your carbs in, even if it's rice (although it's not exactly healthy, it's a hundred times better than starvation and binging later on). 

Trying to do anything fast is usually the first mistake.

Just get back on track with your next meal and try to eat enough fruit carbs so you don't crave grain carbs.

You would probably still lose weight but not as much as if it was fruit! :) Although some rice is probably okay compared to the regular high fat SAD diet! But brown rice would be better I think!

If your one and only goal is to shed weight fast and easy, then this lifestyle isn't going to work for you. This lifestyle takes time and commitment and isn't a lose weight quick scheme that will stop working after 2 weeks.  Health should be prioritized over weight. 

Also rice won't make you fat.

Did you get fat on a diet of rice, fruit and vegetables? ;)

Fruit is best and NOBODY got fat from eating steamed rice and veg. Its the fat they add to it or the chocolate amnesia they have.

Losing to fast will sacrafise lean muscle . You will look like skinier fat version of fat version of yourself , saggy skin is far worse than being chubby. Want real results....? bulid that muscle while you use that fat for fuel.
