Okay, my mom approved of me adopting this lifestyle, but I have 3 weeks to prove that it works. I have to loose weight and inches by the last day, or she's making me stop. What's your advice on how to get the best results in such a short time! (After I prove my point, I'll go to doing 30bad as normal. I just need to show her or else she'll turn me back to the low-carb devil)
