30 Bananas a Day!

I have three weeks to prove to my mom that this lifestyle is the real deal.

Okay, my mom approved of me adopting this lifestyle, but I have 3 weeks to prove that it works. I have to loose weight and inches by the last day, or she's making me stop. What's your advice on how to get the best results in such a short time! (After I prove my point, I'll go to doing 30bad as normal. I just need to show her or else she'll turn me back to the low-carb devil)

Completely raw, lots of water and moderate exercise.

Make her banana smoothie too, so she can enjoy the joy of pooping easier. She will notice in a few days :)

I'm gonna guess adopting this lifestyle and trying to lose weight quickly isn't going to work for you ... I don't know.  Maybe another member knows more.

why would your mom care if you lose weight? the goal is to gain health; i would think your mom of all people should see that. . .

Absolutely!

My mom knows I've struggled with losing weight in the past, so she doesn't want me doing something that isn't going to work (especially if its so expensive!)
If you're trying to lose weight go fully raw and do cardiovascular exercise. These in conjunction produce results very quickly, at least in my experience. But I agree with Brina's comment below, this lifestyle is or at least should be about health first and foremost with weight loss just being a pleasant side effect. I'm sure you're aware of this but I'm just surprised your mom is judging this lifestyles validity based solely on weight loss.

Lose weight? Why would you have to lose weight in 3 weeks to prove your diet works? That is insane.....I thought you were trying to AVOID starving yourself?

I am! I don't think she sees that this is how I'm choosing to recover. I starved myself from near obesity to a normal weight, even though I'm at the higher end. She doesn't want me to do something that would cause me to be unable to loose the weight I want- even though my goal of adopting this lifestyle is to stop my restriction and repair my body. She thinks all a diet is for is to loose weight- and it's not!
That seems rediculous. From your avatar pic, it doesn't look like you are overweight in any way.
I carry all my weight in my legs. It's funny (and ridiculous)
