30 Bananas a Day!

Starting 42kg
Now 47kg
Quite active, I exercise 5 times a week
I started off in June eating 2500, then slowly moved to 2000 and now I'm thinking about eating maybe 1800 a day. I eat raw till 12 mostly. My belly fat is increasing and my clothes are getting tight which is really annoying and my face is getting rounder — im starting to get a double chin. I don't know what to do :-(

Are you trying to lose weight or become healthier? Because 42kg is a BMI of 17.5 which is "underweight" I have this in quotations because its only by BMI standards...Now you are "normal weight" and I'm sure you're still very slim! If you gained weight, its what your body needs; at least temporarily. Take a deep look at yourself, how did you keep yourself slim in the past? And is it really healthy to worry about those 3kg?

I'm actually a healthy weight for the BMI that we use in Singapore haha. Actually I before I started this lifestyle I didn't restrict all that much! I ate around 1700 because that was what those calorie calculators online reccommended for me and I wasn't hungry eating that amount :/ Oh and I'm not slim, all the weight gained has gone to my belly :-(
Oh I meant 47kg not 45!

Lower your calorie intake and get cravings, be moody, low on energy, sleep poorly, brain fog, etc., and long term get adrenal issues, hair loss, eating disorders etc.  Do some more reading, 30BaD is all about the high carb high calorie eat as much as you want lifestyle! Yepppppppppppppp ain't nobody got time for that stuff again! 

I've read that page before!! It's just that when I eat a lot I don't feel all those great things. Instead of being full of energy I feel bloated and uncomfortable :-(

What do you normally eat?

Rice, sweet potatoes, potatoes, corn, broccoli, carrots, pasta, all kinds of vegetables, all kinds of fruit haha.

Did you increase your activity levels?  With all the sugar we're eating, I don't know how anybody couldn't help but start to move more.  I can't help it, I'm practically bouncing off the walls, needing to get up and do freaking anything.

I don't think I increased them but I'm active. 50 min HIIT twice a week. Interval yoga (HIIT plus yoga) twice or thrice a week. Sometimes I go for a run. I also do weight lifting for upper body once a week and Pilates for upper body once a week.

restricting calories will only hinder the healing proccess
