Are you trying to lose weight or become healthier? Because 42kg is a BMI of 17.5 which is "underweight" I have this in quotations because its only by BMI standards...Now you are "normal weight" and I'm sure you're still very slim! If you gained weight, its what your body needs; at least temporarily. Take a deep look at yourself, how did you keep yourself slim in the past? And is it really healthy to worry about those 3kg?
Lower your calorie intake and get cravings, be moody, low on energy, sleep poorly, brain fog, etc., and long term get adrenal issues, hair loss, eating disorders etc. Do some more reading, 30BaD is all about the high carb high calorie eat as much as you want lifestyle! Did you increase your activity levels? With all the sugar we're eating, I don't know how anybody couldn't help but start to move more. I can't help it, I'm practically bouncing off the walls, needing to get up and do freaking anything.
