my mom irritates me she keeps on saying " Oh, i can't wait until u become fat". The problem is she thinks I'm eating way too much but she's the one who doesn't eat carbs(crazy one), she calls it "cleansing" she drinks her soup twice a day and thats about it! I'm just fed up! I WANT TO GET THE RESULTS AND SHOW HER! show all of my family, they keep on making fun of me and saying that it already shows that i'm a fatty now! ughh I'm going to push it hard and become SSOOO serious about this! It doesn't matter if you place dead last, the fact will remain that you ran a marathon. How many other people in your family have done that?
Just don't push it too hard and injure your self or make your self sick since that will be proving them right.
get enough carb calories, run or bicycle 4 or 5 days a week, give your self rest days, then surprise the hell out of them by running in a marathon or doing a Bike race.
First or last, you'll be doing more in a single day then they have in months, if not years.
