30 Bananas a Day!

\

Okay, so I have Pseudogout and I'm about to start working at donut shops. I might have to wake up at 3 am to get going by 3:15 and be at work by 4am. I have a daughter, and pseudogout is a type of arthritis. I've been mostly fruitarian for about 3 or so weeks and my girlfriend is not changing really. She just found out she has Huntington's disease. We have a daughter and I have read that Huntington's disease people need 3k-5k calories a day.

Now I have recently been buying fruit in bulk namely mangos mostly, I just got a crate of about 9 cantaloupe for 20 bucks the other day. I buy watermelon too for calories and because I'm trying to detox. Im thinking about buying bananas and dates because of the videos that chris randall did.

I went on cantaloupe and mangos and around a head of celery a day to up my sodium intake and since I only have 2 hours a day to eat because of my braces and 100 dollars a week....its either extra mangos and stick with the watermelon or drop the extra mangos and watermelon and go on the dates and bananas.

I really need a pick me up in the morning.

I really believe the ca:p ratio doesnt matter much as long as we have enough sodium since it lines the stomach joints and lymph

I seem to get more logs of poop whenever I eat bananas and diarrhea whenever I eat watery fruit. I read that if you get a enema/colonic then you hold it in for about 5 minutes so I was thinking I should eat them less often and when I'm not working. I see what you mean by dense....I should probably eat a large celery bok choy salad and stick to the dates and bananas. I can get a big crate of probably 2000 calories worth a day of bananas for 20 bucks here and I am thinking about whether 7hotdates.com/datepeople.net/flyingdiscranch.com is best. If I got 60 dollar 15 lb crate of dates and have 20 bucks left over then I can just eat however many greens I want a day....I am not sure if apple cider vinegar would go good with my colon issues since ankylosing spondylitis (which is what I "also" have) has to do with crohn's disease. I have been thinking Robert Morse had the right idea to detox but I am not going to have time to kiss my knees at work and hold in a bunch of watery fruit in my colon every day there. Since I only have two hours to eat; I have to smoothie up most fruit like watermelon and I lose a lot of fiber that way.

+1

And I've ordered from 7hotdates, they're amazing. <3

Anywhere else? I was thinking flying disc ranch in order to get a variety.

I understand that it works by moving your pancreatic enzymes down your gi tract but I would rather eat and stay safe now that I am going to be working 30 - 35 hours a week. Were you working while you did this?

I don't have time to do that at all for a month. I work at a fast food donut shop and make a ton of orders inside of an airport.
