Ok ive gone for quite some time now with my weight just talling. I have alost since starting on 80 10 10 but the last 2-3 months the weight havent touched. I just dont get it, i workout almost 2 times a day almost the whole week, sometimes even three.
I wakeup and do 30 mins cardio in terms of fast walking or something. Later that day i do weight lifting. 1-2 times a week i do Soccer practice later that evening.
The things i have tried during this period:
Calorie restriction.... checked
30bad+(opposite of calorie restriction).... checked
Increased and decreased water.... checked
Increased and decreased greens..... checked
What can i do to loose those last pounds of fat?
Iment fat weight hasnt changed. Im using mirrir and sometimes weight just for checking.
Im 181cm and 78kg so im not overweight but i want to be super fit with low bodyfat :D
Because ive been a professional ahtlete for 6 years so i know what and how much fat i have in exess :)

Maybe. Yes ive been this active my whole life or maybe more. 5-6 months on this journey.
Could be true that im eating to litle but im not a fan of eating when im not hungry or stuffing when im full

Yeah im fully aware of that but its not the case for me :p i have still way to much fat esp in lower region.
3-5 hours naah thats to much 2 hours max of exersice a day i think but 1-2 times a week its 3-4 hours.
2500-3000 calories. I know its not that much but i cant stomach more and even if i could i cant see how eating more will let me loose more weight.
Before was raw food high fat green diet. Well i did a 21 water fast to get it back in gear.
Sure it takes time but there has to be something for me to do. I cant just do this forever and expect different results, something needs to be tweaked
