Was wondering how I can avoid the dreaded monthly PMS bloat & water retention.
I find that about ten days before my period I start to hold water and I can feel my body expanding with the extra water. Once I start my period I expel the extra held water via peeing.
Advice to avoid this happening would be great! As I feel very uncomfortable.

Are you completely free of extra salt? If you are still transitioning and including some cooked foods w/ salt in it, you will have these PMS symptoms. I know what you mean about the bloat. I used to really get that, especially in my breasts. But after 3-4 weeks of absolutely no excess salt intake (getting my salt from only raw vegetables), I had no discomfort or bloating whatsoever...my period suprised me when it come! Otherwise, I too could tell 10 days, sometimes 15, in advance when it was coming. Hope that helps...
I have been high raw for many years now including some cooked foods. I am sure my breasts gain a cup size just before and are very tender. I will try this month not to have any cooked food and see if there is a difference. Thanks for your response.
