30 Bananas a Day!

hi!

I've heard a lot about this sodium thing and I'd like to know if it's possible to have a kind of picture of how much salt you're supposed to have.

I can't really picture anything when it comes to those numbers :/

I just try to listen to my body when it comes to fat and salt.. like when i feel like the carbs aren't really satisfying for my tastebuds i just add a bit of avocado (so i have like 1/2- 1 avo per day) or something. that keeps me from craving anything greasy or salty really..

the only salt i use is actually my drops of soy sauce...if i have about 20ml per day (it says 16,9g of salt per 100ml) to add taste to my rice is that okay? it doesn't feel like a lot.. i don't use any salt for cooking.

how is that 3380mg if i don't even eat that weight in soy sauce? i said 20ml thats like two spoons full spread on like 5 meals... 

If your sauce has 16.9g (16900mg) of salt per 100ml, then you'll have 3.38g in 20ml. Or 3380mg. 20ml of soy sauce should be around 20g total, or 20000mg.
In the amount u talking about (few drop) u gonna add ~2000mg to ur daily sodium so u gonna be having like 2500mg to 3000mg a day. That's gonna mean u carry some water weight. u will be 5-10% heavier. More sweating will put u around 5%, sedentary lifestlu will put u round 10%. Bottom line,

Its OK IF
1. The soy sauce is keeping u off the animal products or vegan junk food
2. Your goal is to be slim, not tour de France race weight (super super slim)
3. Your getting that daily cardio to sweat it out

Its not OK if
1. U wanna be the ABSOLUTE leanest u can be

Most of Asia is high sodium.most of Asia is slim. Won't make a big difference. Don't let it worry u too much :)
