How much exercise should I be getting if I'm a short female eating 2500 calories a day?
My diet isn't all raw fruits. I eat more like a half starch solution half raw. Around 1000 calories raw and 1500 cooked because I'm a broke a$$ college student. haha
I feel full on like 1800 when I do like a 30 min walk that day, should I be aiming for 2500?? Please help. lol
Also please note that I do workout and I'm just at that point where I would like to "firm up" some places haha
Daily Recipe for Long Term Success
Just a little exercise, or a lot if you find something you like and are rested enough or, 30-60minutes a day is definitely enough, even if it's just a mild bike or walk & stretching (or yoga). But if you want to go bike or 120minutes, that's great, just make sure to eat enough to repair & improve from the activity.
You should be eating 2500calories at least a day, ideally, to have enough energy and really be able to function properly and hit all your nutritional targets with ease, if it's hard to achieve that much, just slowly increase your intake up to it. Eat till you're full and eat a little more, then stop, soon enough you should be able to consume more and more, all the way up to 2500 calories or more a day.
If you get full on 1800, try to eat more dense things like bananas instead of, say, apples, and also make sure you eat at least 100-200 calories more every day or two at least, your stomach should "expand" and your appetite should too.
