Was just wondering how much exercise I will need living on 811
Right now i have summer holiday but i walk about 10 km every day and run about once a week.
I do body weight exercise and when I get back from my holiday I will still do about
10 km 5 times a week
ballet twice a week
running once a week
yoga once a week
is this enough?
Some body told me I need to exercise away 40% of my calories to not gain weight.
Is that true?
The answer is, as much or as little as you need or want to do. A national level athlete will have to train a hell of a lot more than some club competitor for example. How much does someone need? prolly between 1 minute and 5 hours a day, it depends on their lifestyle and goals.

Do you have one day free? I thnk that is important, it dont mean you have to sit still, but a day free from exersiize means a walk in town, or forset, meet some friends for a bike...You know social life but no compete, a relax day. Yoga can be a ralax to, I dont know what kind of yoga you do.
It can b a stress to ALWAYS perform, and body also need to relax.
