Do you honestly find you don't need that many calories? i couldn't imagine living on 1800 let alone 1200. You're alot smaller then me mind you:)

You know you're not following 811 by eating that little right? I'm not saying whether or not that's good or bad, but it's clearly not following 811. 811 says eating at least 20 times your weight in calories. so minimum for you 2000

#138-158lbs depending on training focus. More hill riding/long rides = lighter bodyweight. Less cycling, more kickboxing =heavier weight. I feel good at either. 






PS: 2010 training data was an average of 36.7km cycled per day and running was 2.77km per day average.

Thats around 80minutes of easy training each day with regular racing most weekends. Not much at all and a clear example of how lean fit and strong you can be on little training + high calorie/high sugar/low fat raw vegan lifestyles. I mean who is training easy 80mins a day average and chowing down as much sweets as they care for at 33?


PPS: Ran a 10k pb of 37:22 a few days ago. Weighing 147lbs.
