I've gained a noticeable amount of muscle since I began climbing again, but I need to get my body-fat a bit lower. I climb for 2 hours twice a week, get two moderate cardio days (30 min.-1 hour each), and maybe one other good day of exercise that isn't planned during the week.
calories: 2,ooo to 3,000....working on increasing
