soccer 3 times a week

strength training 2-3 times a week (calisthenics combined with free weights)


think i need more calories tho :S

You need ALOT more cals man!

about 2300 calories, but i'm slowly going up






right now i'm just starting to exercise more and find out what is bet for me.  i guess it's an interesting balance.

How long have you been 80-10-10? Just curious cause that's a pretty decent weight for such low cals:)

An no disrespect intended with my comment Garth. I am hoping to clear up some absorption issues on 80-10-10 and am assuming they get better as the years go by. So I am curious about how long you've been LFRV and able to keep a normal body weight and still eat less.

I might look like a girl from behind, but the expression on people's faces when I turn around after they say "excuse me ma'am" is priceless. :) So, guy.

I've gained a noticeable amount of muscle since I began climbing again, but I need to get my body-fat a bit lower. I climb for 2 hours twice a week, get two moderate cardio days (30 min.-1 hour each), and maybe one other good day of exercise that isn't planned during the week. 

Go 100% LFRV and you'll see that bodyfat MELT!

calories: 2,ooo to 3,000....working on increasing
