guy last time I checked.
PS: This is light for me. I am nursing an injury* so can not train with limit poundages. But as you know this diet heals you ultra fast. So I may be needing a bit more calories soon!
*Fell down staircase four months ago during the Long Island Hurricane. Really hurt my wrist. And my lower back to a lesser extent.
Hey what happened to Melissa? Any idea anyone? She was so active on this board right up to the other day and then - gone?? Hope she comes back - very inspiring and quick witted.
I wonder that too. I haven't been here long, but I came across a lot of her post. I went on her page to friend request her and it says she isn't a member ..

Well, if you truly do feel great, that's wonderful. 140 pounds seems pretty light, though, for someone who is over six feet tall, even if you do have a slow metabolism or don't exercise much. Three months isn't too long of a time period, so if you do start to experience negative affects, please do eat more!
Sincerely wishing you the best, though. (:
No you're not eating too much. In fact, eat more if you can! At your weight, you can lose weight just by eating loads of fruit. Exercise whenever you feel ready, don't force it
calories, I don't count them
2000-3000 calories (depends on how much ripe fruit I have around)
95 pounds (used to weigh 90 but I gained 5 pounds of water after going back to low-calorie HC cooked foods with condiments for a month!)

1500-3000 calories a day depending on my appetite/activity/availability of ripe fruit. No matter how much or little I eat my weight doesn't seem to budge.

I'm sedentary for the most part though I love to exercise and move around. Let's just say the winter isn't my favorite season. I usually end up walking all over the place but rarely will I do anything more intense until the warmer months roll around. Then I'll bike ride all over the place and soak up the sun!
