I wonder that too.  I haven't been here long, but I came across a lot of her post.  I went on her page to friend request her and it says she isn't a member ..

I'm an avid runner and biker, and usually get at least forty minutes of exercise each day. Working on upping the strength training, which I now do once or twice per week. I get around 40 miles of running per week, including biking translated to running mileage (about 4 biking = 1 running?). I'm also working on my mental and emotional health with this lifestyle.
Fruit FTW!

Well, if you truly do feel great, that's wonderful. 140 pounds seems pretty light, though, for someone who is over six feet tall, even if you do have a slow metabolism or don't exercise much. Three months isn't too long of a time period, so if you do start to experience negative affects, please do eat more!

Sincerely wishing you the best, though. (:

No you're not eating too much. In fact, eat more if you can! At your weight, you can lose weight just by eating loads of fruit. Exercise whenever you feel ready, don't force it

I'm sedentary for the most part though I love to exercise and move around. Let's just say the winter isn't my favorite season. I usually end up walking all over the place but rarely will I do anything more intense until the warmer months roll around. Then I'll bike ride all over the place and soak up the sun!
