Inspired to get back on Chronometer to track caloric intake again...
been experimenting with LFRV on and off for past half year... now ready to take it to the next level!
I think everyone who posts here should also include how long they've been LF/HCRV :) Your stats can be misleading if you just switched over a week ago to this lifestyle.
24 years old.
I average about 3000-3500 calories a day.
Underweight I know, but I'm gradually putting weight on! I was 130lbs before I started eating LFRV 4 months ago so I am slowly getting towards a healthy weight :)
2000-3000 cals/ day
raw for only over three weeks..
5'4, 110 lbs
LFRV for just over 3 months :)

(all blood work and stats @ physical were excellent according to doc)
weight? :/ don't weigh myself but i am a US size 0-1, XS
exercise: 2 hours a day, 6 days a week, 1 hour dance cardio, 1 hour muscular structure work
newbie status- HCRV for 2 months & 4 days

I'm doing Metamorphosis, now on 1.3.10 days 291-300.
I love it, it's the only thing that's changed my stomach muscles and slimmed my love handles. But I can't imagine doing that much TAM a day!
