I average about 3500 calories :0)
2200-3000 calories (but i sometimes eat low-fat cooked vegan things like rice, squash, and potatoes). I should probably eat more because I work out most days.
1800-2000 cal (sedentary due to joint pain, fatigue)

Surf twice a week
One/Two resting day
Minimum sleep 7 hours a day maximum 10 hours
B12 Injections started 3 months ago and feeling realy good!

been experimenting with LFRV on and off for past half year... now ready to take it to the next level!
I think everyone who posts here should also include how long they've been LF/HCRV :) Your stats can be misleading if you just switched over a week ago to this lifestyle.
