I would rather work out than do almost anything. I think it's a sign it's time for me to cut out drinking. I've been bad and let this go too long.
don't really put it on a to-do list, just do it when i feel like it, which usually happens to be 3-5 times a week, although sometimes i do physically active stuff that i wouldn't really consider a workout, like riding my bike to the park, taking a walk through the forest, or just knocking out some push ups here and there. swimming is my favorite though. :)
I work out 5-7 days a week sometimes twice a day. Interval traning on the treadmill,interval classes mixed with weights, body pump up to three times a week. sometimes just take a walk for an hour on the treadmill depending on how i feel. Its in my blood since i started about four years ago and i could not go longer than three days without.
