30 Bananas a Day!

Hi :) 

Simple question :) 


How many netto calories does ur body have had at the end of the day.

I mean (for example) u feed it with 3000 cals but u burn 800 for exercise that day : 

2200 netto carbs. 

Another Example : U eat 3500 cals every day but u work out every second day and burn 1000 cals ..that would make an approx. daily netto calorie number of : 2900 (approx.)

Does ur calorie intake change from day to day? 

Do u keep track of ur calories (on cronometer for example) ? (every day and accurate?)

the days that you see low cal are the days I cycle more (I usually bike 1h a day; 2-3 times a week I go for a ride that's 3-4h long)

I'm not losing weight right now, I lost at the beginning when I started 811, then plateaued. I think I still have some weight to lose but it's not much and it will go on its own

Dea, some days of you look like very low in calorie, but i like it that you dont have any strict rulez.

I cant  have every day so much food i would like.

Are you really raw snce mid 2011 with noc exeptions or some day cooked 811 like potatoes ?

I am not sure, i like to eat potatoes again to reduce the cost, but i would like to stay on fruits, i failed many times since i am in this forum mid 2010 and i want to gain weight and win health. I often dont feel healthy in many ways. Nothing that have to be cured by a doctor, but healthy is something different than me.

I'm not restricting; these are net calories

I eat upwards of 3000 a day, but I bike everywhere

I am 100% raw, no potatoes, no cooked anything, no overts either

haven't had avocado in 3 months, don't miss it

I have no idea... I walk everywhere all the time, everyday, unless I carried around a pedometer I'd never know.  

2500-3500 calories a day regardless of exercise.  I notice that it isn't what I do in the day that dictates my hunger but rather the accumulation of the week.  So if I exercise hard for a couple days, my appetite gets ramped up later regardless of my activity in the latter half of the week.  Also, I eat less when I am sleeping more.
