hello, i have a question. every night so far i've been having a head of lettuce for dinner along with some other veggies in my salad (3 shredded carrots, 2 shredded zuchini, some red onion, and diced tomatoes). Should i be having more? last night i had 1 head of organic romaine lettuce with half a head of kale and i was pretty full. But the past nights after i would eat my salad i wouldn't feel satisfied afterwards. But i assumed it was from me not eating enough during the day(i've been working on that) I was also looking at some raw vegan instagram accounts and someone had 3 heads of lettuce so that's why im wondering now. any advice would be awesome :) thanks!
