30 Bananas a Day!

I'm having trouble eating enough fruit cals. and I was wondering how many calories everyone has a day. Thanks :)

4500- 6000. i havnt been training but i have a real physical job. any less than 4500 and i start to get cravings

its all about the dates!!
at least 2 lbs of medijools per day
3500-4000 a day.
Female 5'6 117 pounds. Anywhere from 3500-5000. Pretty active.

5'8 160 lb male. Moderately active (Rock Climb for a few hours every other day) Walk a lot. 4500-6000 calories a day.

Under 1000 most of the days, on some days more,I don't really count though.

That's a quick way to disaster, why are you so low on calories? And how can you say it's around 1000 when you don't count?


Either you're sick and need to rest/fast with 0 calories for a short while or you need to up those calories over 3000 kcal. 

No need to diagnose me, mate ;) I've been living like that for a year now. And I feel better than ever. It's just how it works for me. The less I eat, the better I feel. 

When I started I've been following 80/10/10 book and eating pretty much as everyone else here. Than at some points I realised that I don't want to eat nuts and seeds and oils and other fats. Later I stopped eating salads. Than in few more months I started eating once a day. I think it was inner call, I don't really know. Now most of the days I would just eat 5-8 bananas or half watermelon on something like that. I'm pretty sure it's under 1000 calories. Because when I started on 811 I've been using cronometr and all the tools, so I have an idea of calories. And I mean I'm trying to stick with it.  If I'm sitting at home on Sunday and there's nothing to do, I may it more than that, just of boredom. But I don't really like how it feels afterwards.

You're going to crash & burn at some point.
How can you be so confident telling that kind of things to someone you've never met?
Cos everyone crashes when they live on low cal diets.
I think your body adapts to some extent , as long as you dont reduce too  much and start losing weight. I have been eating under 2000 kcal/d for most of my life (most of the time over last 15 years been eating low fat), as I said I am quite thin, but still with normal BMI (19.6) , and exercising probably more than most ppl,  quite often do an hour ocf cycling a day, also trampoline, pushups etc.
