I think its impossible, like the outer dentin can be remineralized a little bit but once there is a cavity its there forever! but like, we will probably find a way to fix this issue within my lifetime xD
I would look it up, don't listen to me!
dunno about that man. i got a few. for a while i just drank all my smoothies through a straw lol
damn i really dont wanna get my teeth drilled
i'm getting my teeth drilled, every single tooth of mine probably has been drilled at least once and are filled with BPA leaking fillings..
I just hope to prevent it in the future, but i think the problem lays in the rest of my health.
I think the most important thing is to avoid glycerin (present in 99.9% of the toothpastes) as it prevents the teeth to remineralize.
unfortunately i can't find a toothpaste without glycerin that doesn't contain fluoride or animal products.
At night i brush with a fluoride free toothpaste that does contain glycerin and in the morning i brush with sea salt.
What about just water and tooth floss ? Every once in a while sodium bicarbonate to polish the yellow from your teeth :)
edit it does have dairy casein in it ARRGHHFHG
Good to know, I am going to the dentist today to have my amalgam filings replaced. :/
be sure to get charcoal pills to take during and after to bind with any exposure to that mercury. is it a hal huggins trained dentist?
