Ive been raw for about a month now and went from 200lbs to 184lb.
Although I'm nt getting the calories Dr Graham recommends. I eat anywhere from 1500-2000 calories a day because honestly that's all I can eat ahaha I eat till I'm full I'm fruits and veggies and I can't stomach anymore than that.
I don't see the calories effecting my energy leeks tho cause I'm super pumped all day and have plenty of energy for workouts. I'm assuming my appetite will increase as I go and I will continue to just eat untill I'm full.
And you may not believe this but im a teenage male, 6'2" lol and I can only eat that much.
Just eat till you're full on fruits and greens and you'll melt the weight off

Yeah, I think I eat about the same as you but I'm only 5'4".. :) I've been doing this since jan. and I gained at first! But now it's starting to go down finally haha slowly, but surely.....:)
