30 Bananas a Day!

I've been doing this lifestyle now for about two months. Raw Till 4, that is. I keep it high carb, low fat, low sodium. Sometimes no fat. I've had a few little slip ups along the way but for the most part I've stuck with the guidelines. In my past I ate meat and indulged in binges too often. I haven't gone back to my old habits and I never want to. I want to lose about five kilos... that's all! I know if I could just lose those five kilos then I would feel confident in my body and in my clothes. Yet it's taking forever! I'm just the slightest bit overweight - you can barely tell but I just need those five kgs off. I feel so fat and I feel like others think I'm fat. But the weight just won't come off. How can I speed up the process (if possible)? I feel like I'm at a really awkward stage... you know? Help!

You say "I'm just the slightest bit overweight, you can barely tell" and then you say: "I feel so fat and I feel like others think I'm fat.".

I think I see a problem there, and it's not your weight.

Anyway, if you want to speed things up, just start a good exercise routine, and you'll get where you want to be in no time.

Took me one year. Now I'm doing triathlons.

You should see results right away if you are doing it right.  Weight balance will of course depend on many factors, we really need much more info. from you to help:

'Sometimes no fat' - how? Do you sometimes eat nothing? Even lettuce has some fat (0.2g per 100g of lettuce, according to Nutrition Facts).
