30 Bananas a Day!

I've been low fat vegan for over six months and I've gained about 15 pounds (105 pounds now) I came from a background of extreme restriction and now I'm eating between 2500-3500 calories a day and I workout 3-5 times a week for 30 minutes. Am I doing something wrong or am I just impatient??

How long?

As long as it takes for your body to heal from its metabolic damage you forced it into. At least 5 years for most people. Sometimes less, sometimes more. In the mean time EAT HARD AND LIVE HARD!. Your body will balance out over time IF you let it.

ive been doing this for a just under a year now and am wondering what i'm doing wrong.  throughout your journey on this lifestyle have you lost any weight? i'm wondering how long it takes to start to see results.

Do you mean that you've gained 15 pounds and now weight 105 or that you've gained 105 pounds all together? 105 lbs is a pretty low weight.. 

 If you can maintain that 105lbs weight then it's a start but we need to know your height because for most females that is considered quite low.

hey don't worry about your body shape.  just focus on eating as much fruit as you can and include lots of fruit juices that you can buy from the grocery store.  instead of going to the gym, it is better to dance and do lots of yoga.

What do you think it is what you've gained ? Actually body fat or do you feel just kinda puffy ? Do you eat salt ?

i'm only 61.5 inches tall.

i've been LFHC vegan for a little over six months. :D

i don't rly eat a lot of salt. i never add it to anything and when i tracked my stuff it was always under 500mg of sodium per day.

and i've gained 15 pounds, i was 90 before. 

It seems like gaining weight is something bad from your view point. Why you worry about gaining weight? Weight can be muscle, fat, water, food in proccess, bone density.
