its 8:20 pm here in AZ and i find myself about 600 cals short of my 3000 goal. my question is... should i eat the 600 cals so late at night? i feel full but just don't know when its too late to eat and then go to bed. Is it better to eat certain fruits later?
We find that eating most fruits in the morning and afternoon are better. You run the risk of not being able to sleep from being to full of energy. In the evening sometimes a lite salad is easiest on the body.~ enjoy
I agree with Yash. Eat food during the morning and during day when you are active and need to fuel your engine.
I actually don't like to eat after 6:00 pm and find myself -more and more, not enjoying food after 3:00 pm - but that's just me. This has been a new change (maybe the last two months). I go to be around 10:00 pm and I like my stomach more empty - I sleep better. I tend to drink a lot of liquid in the eve rather than eat and that suits me.
Thanks. This seems more like me. I was short some cals but at the same time I was full. I'm guessing because I did not get a work out in. I really don't like to eat late either nor do i sleep well full.
My general personal goal overall is to eat the last meal of the day between 7-8 pm.
However, if I am short like you explain, or busy, then I will eat later too. I personally cannot sleep if I am hungry:)
