At the moment I eat about 150g of spinach a day. it's not organic, just locally grown, pesticide free stuff (don't know why it says that but can't say organic :S) . Is that enough? Is it very important to eat different types of greens each day? Should I just chill out about it as long as I'm eating enough and getting some greens in each day?
I'd also be glad to get some perspective on this....
right now I eat a large salad every day, I'm using a variety of greens and other veggies + something fatty (handful of avocado/nuts).
However, the salad kinda forces me to use salt (which I love, together with lemon and fresh garlic :) )... so I'd like to know how other lfrv's manage.
