The "end of the day" seems to be pretty rough for a lot of people when it comes to lifestyle and diet. People make poor food choices or drink alcohol or take drugs. Or just sit staring at the TV for hours.
How do you occupy your time in those last few hours of the day? It's dark, you've done all your workouts, you've eaten and washed up... then what? I'm curious to know because this is my first winter lfrv and it's often dark and too cold to get outdoors in the evening. I find myself at a bit of a loss of what to do if I'm having a night in and have the place to myself. Especially on a weeknight when friends might not want to socialise if they have work the next day.
Maybe I need a hobby! Anyway, just drumming up some ideas =)
