How do women look longterm on this lifestyle? NO EXCEPTIONS! :)

This has been my experience observing  people on this lifestyle. People eventually get to a 2,3,4 or 8 no matter where they come from. For a 7 to become a 3 is going to take longer than a 0 to a 3.

 

2,3,4 or 8. NO EXCEPTIONS to the rule EVER lol! If you want more tone than flop then you just have to become a faster runner and be able to lift heavier objects. Dont worry, your not a man so your not going to become bigger unless your injecting testosterone like those female body buliders HAVE to.

 

Yeah I know some people will call 2,3 & 4 'FAT!' but they just have some mental issues they need to work out. ;) 

 

PS: 9 is 1000% on steroids. Just like the body rock chick on youtube.

I'm probably around a 3 to 4 which I'm really happy with. I came from around a -4 due to really severe celiac disease so gaining weight is very welcome for me :) I could be fitter but weight wise, it's all good :)

I got told I am too skinny. I got told I am too fat. I choose to live my life.

I'm between a 2 and 3. Not really looking to lose weight, but I'd like to be more fit instead of being a jiggly, "fat" skinny person. So really, I'm just wanting to have the energy to work out. :)

Well, I'm probably the only person who thinks the curvy figure is beautiful.

Oh I would love to be a 3! With a bit of 2, maybe some 8. Haha.
Is fit just downplayed athletic?

Right now I'm a four. I'm losing fat everywhere but my stomach, ughhh. Flat belly come to me naoo!

No way Dovima!  I am a 4 right now, but I am "jiggly".  I am trying to get more fit and am striving to be a 3!!! She is WAY sexy and very beautiful!

I too prefer curves. Having said that, the difference between the various bodies above is not just in the level of fat. There is a different bone structure too plus other factors. For example, body type 3 has bigger bones and wider hips than type 2, and also larger, silicone breasts (which you can tell from the rounded instead of smooth shape at the top), and so I am not so sure that type 3 has a lot more body fat than type 2. Body type 1 is pictured side-wise and so it is hard to tell the overall body shape accurately (you can't see her inner thighs), plus her bra makes her breasts look flatter than they actually are. Body type 8 may not be as appealing as type 3 because it seems less feminine, however it is possible for a female to be muscular and very feminine too. I think that the proportion matters too. I trust that the body finds its best balance on a fruity diet, which is the most hydrating diet on the planet. You will still see the differences in the bodies of fruit lovers who lead different lifestyles, and also due to what they were given by nature or other factors.

Wow, Freelee! This is over a year in? I'm nearly a year in now and while I don't have an issue with weight control I am often frustrated by the healing process I am still (and more intensely than ever) experiencing with my skin... only my face, of course! :P While I know healing takes time and there is a lot of damage to address, it's reassuring to see that others (e.g. you!) were also still working toward their goals a year in. Thanks!

Ooh, I see. You sure it wasn't all that durian? Lol. Were you gaining or losing weight?
