This may seem like a silly question but I am terrible at it, I feel like I end up getting almost no "meat" out of it, and eating sucking the "meat" off the seed I find doesn't taste very nice. What am I doing wrong, lmao!
I felt like this too when I started eating mangoes. Try cutting two "lobes" off by slicing down along the flat side of the seed and then trim a thin strip off around the edge of the seeds. There are some good youtube vids.
