30 Bananas a Day!

I know I can eat tons of carrots and celery, but I'm wondering if anyone has any other tips or go-to fruits & veggies that give adequate sodium. I've noticed on cronometer that my sodium is about 12% per day (I have it set to a minimum of 500mg, which is what Freelee and Dr. Doug Graham advocate). Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)!

i think coconuts have some :)

Does that mean you're only taking in 60mg of sodium per day?

I get over 500mg daily. Tomatoes, lettuce, melons are great sources

Track your water intake too. 4 liter is already 160 mg.

yaa i dont really worry about it i eat what im craving like i been craving some olivessssmmmmmmmmm :) and like she said a good quiet environment for mental health :)

Just read closer, and one thing I would recommend would be to minimize the carrots.  They're fine for an occasional treat if you like them, but they're harder to digest than fruits n tender lettuce type greens (a good goal for which would be at least 1 pound of consumption per day).   Celery is also a good choice, as you say.

Hey Sara, 

I usually eat tomatoes if I'm looking for a salty taste. I have never really looked at how much salt I intake, this might be a good Idea for me to examine as well.
