I am really trying here guys. Breakfast, Lunch, most snackage... All fruit and some veggies. But I am around that point of the day where I just want to bite into something... something bad... *cries* I just feel like... I like fruits and veggies... I'm cool with eating a ton of fruits and veggies everyday... but I just want to eat the other stuff too... I really want to cut that bad stuff out completely, but I'm weak. :( How did you guys go from SAD/Vegetarian/Vegan to RAW? I've been a vegetarian for two months now. I'm fine cutting things out, but I just can't get through a whole 24 hours without eating carbs or vegetarian meat or something. Suggestions and words of encouragement please! Thanx!
Alright! Thanks for the advice! :)

Thanks for the tip! :)
First of all, you are NOT weak, you're amazing for just trying to thrive on this lifestyle, not many people can say that! Secondly, this transition from vegan to HCRV is going to take a while to get used to, there aren't really any shortcuts. Just think about how long you have been on your current pattern of eating, it's going to take your body/mind a little time to acclimate to "uncooking" your food. When I first started out, I very slowly eliminated animal products from my diet and supplemented them with the veggie meats and cooked carbs. Let me tell you though, the longer you keep up with the HCRV each and every day, the less you will want the "bad" foods because your body starts to feel so amazing that it begins to recognize what food will bring you the most joy out of your day. Freelee actually has a great video on Youtube called "The Raw 'till 4 Program". That might be a good place to start. That video helped with my transition. If all else fails, just be patient with yourself, keep trying, and know that you are doing something great for the planet and your life :)
ive been eating raw this week. those bread and rice cravings are bad. they make me feel like crap after but withdrawals from them suck 2. i never realized how bad pasta and bread was on my mood til i start increasing it recently, before that id only eat a cooked meal like once a week
