Bread without salt tastes like ****. Your addiction is likely to the salt, not that bread itself.
gluten is the main reason, also salt in it and most of the time you don´t even know what else they put in it and if it´s even vegan
go for corn pasta or wheat pasta instead in my opinion, bread once in a while is not bad but definitely not as a staple, also corn bread is healthier than wheat bread
