Here I am in my first day of my period and I feel very tired and exhausted. I have been vegan since October 2013. My PMS haven't changed at all, they are actually horrible and I feel hate that makes me so sad when I finally get my period.
I am 33 y/o, vegan since October 2013, I get constipated easy during those days, horrible mood a week before getting my period, clogging and brownish drops at the end. I have never been on contraceptives (well only for three months when I was 18 y/o), I have no children and don't plan on having any...
I eat a very high carb low fat diet. I eat some processed foods on the weekends (still vegan), I drink from 3 to 4 litters of water, I do CrossFit 3 times a week.
How can I control the pms; Am I eating the wrong foods? I'll do an orange, potato island starting tomorrow... what do you suggest?
