yes i exercise every other day for 30 min (power walking)
yes i follow the banana girl diet to the T!
just like others i gained alot of weight on this diet, alot in my stomach, and now my lower back hurts alot

freelee said she gained weight before she lost it so maybe the same will happen to you! and i seriously would try sleeping on the floor. my bf started sleeping on the floor just this week because of back pain hes had for months, that very next day he said the pain is gone. a crappy mattress can really mess you up!!
It's entirely possible that your back pain (it may even be sciatica) could be due to your weight gain. Often back pain and sciatica can be directly attributed to being overweight or obese. The pain is solely in you lower back, or can you also feel it down in the buttock and upper leg region?
i mean its common sense. obese people's joints hurt because they have so much weight pressing down on them. thats why its bad for fat people to run, they should walk lightly or better yet just ride a bike for exercise/swim.
if someone was carrying a bowling ball on their head, their neck would be hurting after awhile.
i am carrying excess weight in my stomach. it is pulling on my lower back.
