30 Bananas a Day!

I deal with off and on anxiety and sometimes panic attacks. Will the raw until 4 lifestyle help me deal with this? i am aware that anxiety is physiological, therefore, i do believe i can't deal with stress properly because i am deprived from something. Anyone know good fruits/veggies that are good for these kind of things? i really would like to get it under control. It has definitly held me back from a lot of normal fun things ex. Travelling.

i had very bad anxiety/depression, and panic attacks. it has also inhibited me from doing things such as hanging out with friends, not being able to sleep, not being able to function regularly day to day prior to my 811 transition. 

within a week however of eating this way i felt instantly better, my anxiety on a scale from 1-10 was usually a 5-7 day to day, even on the most low stress days. 

i feel so much better this way and it has actually decreased my anxiety to almost nothing. 

with that being said i am also on prozaac, but even having been on prozaac for more than a year i did not feel as dramatic of a change as i have being on 811. 

so basically - DO ITTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!! :) hope this helped 

symptoms exist signs of unmet needs ... sure fullyfresh will help you work threw them and get clear but the work exits in therapy and resolution of those needs , food, only 1. 

Make sure you get alot of oranges and ginger is extremely beneficial as well. :)

eliminate all processed foods as they usually have additives & preservatives that mess up the body especially the nervous system and often lead to depression, anxiety etc! 

focus on plantbased wholesfoods preferably organic :)

use essential oils like lavender (just put 3 or 4 drops of lavender oil on your pillow) it's very calming

you can drink some peppermint tea to relax :)
