Hi, I'm new here, I've been doing raw foodism on and off for about 6 years- lately it's more off than on. This time coming back to raw food, I had alot of issues with bloating, not losing any weight, my skin really didn't glow like it did the first time I went raw. Is Fruitarianism much better and better benefits as well? What type of benefits and are there any before and after pictures? I need some motivation- I want to get back on the right track.
