Hi I'm Suz, I have been trying to convert to raw diet for years but have never got on with the gourmet foods, I'd rather have more traditional fatty foods! I've never really liked eating fruit so when I first heard about 801010 I just thought it was a crazy Australian idea.
Two weeks ago I read a post by Freelee on another raw forum and it lead me here. For some reason I ordered 801010 that day and it just seems to all make sense. I've changed my breakfast to fruit, bananas so far. Will try oranges tomorrow with bananas for lunch. I had my first fat free salad last night and it was delicious (Even my 4 kids loved it). I knew I was eating too much fat but the book has really bought home just how much I've been chomping, even my salads have been hi fat. So I'm pleased to be here. Thanks
