30 Bananas a Day!

Hi, my name is Stephanie and I need advice on going completely raw. I want to go raw for so many reasons, but mainly because I want a super fit body with lean muscle. I mainly need guidance from someone who is themselves eating a raw vegan diet who would be willing to take the time to help me.

The main shake consists of:

2 medium sized bananas

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1/4 cup almonds

1/4 cup walnuts

1/2 cup 100% apple juice

Is this a good stable shake? Maybe have this shake 5 times a day every day, or do I need other nutrients?

Whooooaaa, that's ALOT of fat. 5 times per day with that shake sets you at 169g of fat! (Meaning, not very conducive to your goal of a super lean body!) You may want to download Cron-O-Meter to gauge your intake, and read The 80/10/10 Diet book to give yourself a good baseline of your nutritional requirements per day. 10-30g per day of fat is normal, with a bit of help from the search function on this site.

That much fat, combined with fruit, will give you lots of troubles. A better smoothie idea could be: 5 mangoes, a lb of strawberries, and that apple juice you mentioned. There are meal ideas in the 80/10/10 book as well! :)

You'll need greens too.  Also, are you making the apple juice yourself or are your buying it?  Virtually all store-bought juice is pasteurized (cooked at high heat) and it loses most of its nourishing value.  You'd be better off throwing in an apple or two + water into your blender.

...and virtually all store bought oats are cooked (steamed or toasted). To echo what Gianni said, greens are very important- more important than fruit in my opinion- on a raw vegan lifestyle. I suggest you eat fats separate from fruits, maybe the last thing you eat in the day. I would soak the nuts-better for digestion and more nutritious.
