I've practised eating only fruit and drinking only water for a while, but then.. I didnt succeed. Today I'm giving it another try. I plan to eat 2-3 meals of fruit and probably leafy green salat in the evening. To avoid craving for some unhealthy stuff and because of the warming effect I like to use tees. For example I just put some ingwer, green tee leaves (self gathering) and pour it with clear boiled water. After 20-30mins in thermo pot, I drink the herbal tee and enjoy it. I also love pu-erh-tee and mate-baum tee. What do you guys feel about tees? Do or don't?!
