So I just got my blood test back, everything is ok, except B12. The minimium is 180 (whatever the unit, can't remember), mine is 57! 3x lower than the minimium
Thing is, I can't find any methil/hidroxy shots, only cyano. Should I take it? Any other method that REALLY works? I'm worried now...
Cyano will do the work. Actually, it is the only form scientifically tested for its efficacy.
I personally buy Methyl from Vitacost: http://www.vitacost.com/vitacost-vitamin-b-12-methylcobalamin-raspb...
It is cheap and tastes really good.

Thanks man! Gonna get dem shots then
Injection, sublingual and skin patches are the most efficient ways of absorving b12 right? I think the only method I can get here (without ordering from overseas) is the cyano injections... guess that will have to do the trick!
Well, if you have an absorption issue, you have to take an injection because what is taken from the food (and supplements) won't be absorbed.
I saw that B12 is mostly absorbed in the stomach, so, I don't think there if a difference between capsules, drops,...
And I don't know the patches, they may work but it makes more sense for me to swallow vitamin B12.
Whatever you choose, do something because B12 is really important for the brain and staying healthy.
