30 Bananas a Day!

So my parents always say eating more than one banana or Apple a day is unhealthy which makes me laugh (in my head of course). Anyways they always critique my eating decisions which is understandable due to my eating disorder in the past but what they don't know is that hclf saved my life I got my period back I am no longer afraid to eat and I feel fantastic! But I can't tell them about eating low fat because they will think it's just another eating disorder. My mom is convinced that I need protein at every meal and that I shouldn't eat fruit all day like I do. She told me to show her a dietitian who approves of eating less protein and a lot of fruit and then we can talk. Help guys!!

This is pretty common and understandable but there are things you can do to change the situation! :)

Two pretty easy quick things to do...

Show them a week of your cronometer pages and compare your nutrient intake with the WHO standards.

Rent Forks Over Knives from the library and have a family movie night, parents love that!  ;)

We get many new members here that say that single movie changed them from a hard core meat eater to vegan overnight.

Thank you!!! Do you know where I can find any accredited facts that say eating fruit in abundance is not bad for you? Preferably by a Registered doctor

Dr. Neal Barnard's books all say it, widely available at the library.
