I really want to live on a raw till 4 lifestyle / diet, but my mother says it is too expensive and dosen't think I will get all the required nutrients. Now she wants 'proof', is there someone who knows any good website, video or fact which you could tell me about in order to convince her to let me live and eat like this.
Help would really be appreciated!
Look up Dr Michael Greger on youtube. He publishes all the latest scientific findings, which prove time and time again, that a whole foods, plant based lifestyle, is by far the best for humans.
There is no nutrient that you cannot obtain from plant sources, apart from B12, which is easy and cheap to supplement with, providing you have a B12 test first, so you know where you are.
I'd recommend Methylcobalamin supplements and not cyanocobalamin but you should speak to your doctor, obviously and do some research too.
Sometimes, in the UK anyway, doctors don't like their patients to get tested for B12 and have been known to refuse a patient, even if they've specifically asked for the test (this happened to my Mum) but my own doctor was more than happy to test me, when I told her that I was going to become vegan, almost 3 years ago now.
Honestly, I don't think that a vegan lifestyle is expensive. We can buy 6 organic, fair-trade bananas in the supermarkets here, for £1.50 and a box of organic grapes is £3.
'Let food be thy medicine' and there is nothing better for you, than organic, ripe, fruits and vegetables...

Theirs a good documentary called forks over knives sit her down and watch that. also a group called Hippocrates who are an alternative health care system based on food rather than medicine and they actually cure people of cancer, diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, and other illnesses with food and of course raw foods.
