Hopefully PK helps me on this but here it is
4 Heads of Romaine Lettuce
1 Brazil Nut
1.5~2 Cups of Grape Juice
1 tsp Amla Powder (for antioxidants)
Is 4 heads of lettuce too much? Does this meal plan have too much calcium and choline? Am I good on Vitamin E or should I add almonds? If I get rid of some lettuce heads should I eat pumpkin seeds to get in the zinc? Will I be getting enough iodine? Am I good to go or do I need to make slight adjustments?
Are avocados safe to eat each day? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LFCy5mJ2BWQ
Also I'm planning on eating like the majority of the time but I might switch up oranges for something else on some days. Might switch up grape juice too.
Whoa whoa whoa. Slow Down. Slow waaaaaay down. Just eat ripe sweet fruits and some vegetables on the side. Eat your 3k calories per day. The site is called 30 bananas a day for a reason :) . It really is that simple. It's just food. Eat variety, eat enough, and then go have fun and get on with your life. You are not a science experiment in a chem lab, you're a frugivore. So act like one!!!
bu... but I want to be a science experiment! ;(
Haha :) Funny as :) Yep...eat what you love...eat lots of it...mix up your fruits...stay vegan :) Easy peasy :)
Still looking for advice on this. Help me! please!
Looks like you have plenty of antioxidants in your fruit choices...what's with the powder? Otherwise looks pretty good to me :)
well yyout cronometer looks pretty good imo
tracked everything exept the amla powder.
couldnt find it
Trust your body: what it craves it needs... kind of. (but healthy food is always helthy food it's not dangerous to eat it untill you're satisfied) It's hard to get too much something that your body uses everyday. If we speak about high carb vegan diet. Other meaty stuff is not so simple. :P
Can eating 4 heads of romaine lettuce cause any negative side effects?
These are all good questions. I am having some tech difficulties with my computer at the moment, so I I have to log off and will answer your questions more in detail in the next day or two. Short term, you might find help with the following list I share with many people for long term success:

Good luck and Peace, PK
yay! I'll be waiting.
I still definitely have a lot to learn, but I personally take a B12 supplement daily, a Brazil nut in the evening for selenium, and sprinkle kelp granules on my salads for iodine.
